We use information you provide to respond to inquiries, evaluate HPLC column requirements, prepare column options and quotations, communicate about potential or approved orders, and provide related customer or technical support.

We do not sell your personal information or share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Information may be handled by service providers used for normal website, email, or business operations where necessary to provide those services.

We retain business correspondence and related information for as long as reasonably necessary for inquiry handling, order administration, customer support, and legitimate business record-keeping.

Availability, quotation, and contact submissions are processed by Formspree and delivered to ChromVale for inquiry handling and follow-up. Please do not include confidential, regulated, payment-card, or patient information in these forms.

This website uses browser local storage to retain items added to the Quote Cart. You can clear this information through your browser settings or by clearing the Quote Cart. Online checkout is currently disabled, and payment-card details are not collected or stored by this website.
